Contact ID Photo Prep

A photo-formatting product of Arete Digital OÜ, not a government or passport-issuing service.

Customer support and complaints

Email support@aretedigital.ee. We aim to reply within two business days. Describe the issue and include an opaque job reference if available; do not send photos, identity documents, payment details, or access tokens.

Keep the browser used to create your photo open while seeking help. We cannot recover a lost guest session or certify that an issuing authority will accept a photo.

Privacy requests

Use the same support address for access, correction, deletion, or other data-protection requests. The privacy notice explains the data we process and how to exercise your rights. Never email sensitive documents merely to make a request.

Before checkout

Read pricing and included files, our terms, and the refund and delivery policy. The current preview has test payments only and never charges real money.

For the company's separate software-development services, visit Arete Digital.
