Refunds and delivery

The current preview takes no real payments. Test purchases do not move money and have no monetary refund. Do not supply real payment details.
Digital delivery only
We deliver a digital JPEG and, for printed-document profiles, PDF/JPEG print sheets. There is no shipping, physical return, mailed photo, or official photo code. You print the files yourself or use a print service.
Processing begins after upload confirmation and normally takes tens of seconds; queueing, uploads, and retries may take longer. We do not guarantee a fixed processing time. Review the preview before checkout. Downloads become available in your original browser after a successful test-payment confirmation, not by email.
Original/editing access expires 24 hours after job creation. Preview and download access expires seven days after creation, including time before checkout. Save files before expiry; editing or checkout does not restart the clock. Lost browser cookies cannot currently be recovered.
Policy for future real purchases
The following applies only once real payments are enabled. We will refund failed delivery and duplicate charges. Other requests, including dissatisfaction with the result, will be assessed individually. Any approved refund will be made to the original payment method.
We do not guarantee approval by a passport or visa authority. This limitation does not remove statutory rights for faulty or undelivered services, or any applicable cancellation or withdrawal right. We do not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule on digital products.
How to request help or raise a complaint
Email support@aretedigital.ee with a description of the problem and, if available, the job reference and purchase date. For future paid purchases, include the payment reference, not card or bank details. We aim to reply within two business days.
Do not email your photo, passport, session cookie, bearer token, or signed upload link. Support will explain any additional information genuinely needed. Contact us promptly if processing fails or an available download cannot be retrieved.
Cancellation
You can leave the preview or delete your photo at any time. There is no subscription or recurring charge. Closing a Stripe test checkout does not create a real purchase. Before any paid launch, legally required information and consent for immediate digital supply will be presented before payment.
